Daily Exposure Score

Indicates an estimate of your exposure vs. rest balance, which is important for remaining comfortable at the computer.

This statistics considers a user's exposure to mouse and keyboard strain, time at the computer, break compliance, microbreak compliance, and natural rests, to determine an overall estimate of your computer exposure.

This statistic is an estimate only. It is does not imply that a user with a high score actually has discomfort, or that they will develop discomfort. Similarly, it does not guarantee that a user with a low score will not develop discomfort. However Enviance research shows that lower scores are associated with more comfort at the computer.
