Delivering RSIGuard Licenses to Customers 

When you sell a license of 10 or more copies to an organization, you will normally purchase the license from us. We will then provide you or the end user (based on your preference) with a license certificate, support information, and if appropriate, a maintenance agreement certificate.

Delivering single copies of RSIGuard to Customers

When you sell single copies to customers, you can either:

• Provide your customers a CD and a registration code. You can optionally create a customized-to-your-reseller-business "RSIGuard instruction booklet" with your registration code by modifying our Getting Started with RSIGuard document (which we normally print as an 8-page booklet on folded landscape 8.5X11 paper). If you need a registration code to provide to your customers, please contact Ron Goodman at ron@rsiguard.com or (831)421-0139 to be issued a code. This is the preferred method to deliver RSIGuard to your customers.
• Send us a purchase order and we will invoice you and ship the product to the customer. Remember that for single copy orders, we charge a $10 processing fee for purchase orders.
