Providing Support to Your Customers

We provide extensive online support to make your job easier. Although we encourage you to become as familiar with RSIGuard as possible, we understand that it is not your job to become a technical expert with RSIGuard. Yet, you want your customers to feel they are getting the best technical support possible. Our experience indicates what are the most frequent technical needs of users, and we have created document to address these technical needs.

Please let us know if your users are requesting additional information that you aren't able to find at these web pages. We will either help you locate the information on the web pages, or try to create the information if it is not already there.

After you have completed sales of over 20 or more licenses, we encourage you to encourage your clients to purchase a maintenance agreement. This will provide them continuing email and phone support, as well as updates, customizations, and for larger licenses, onsite training.
