Corrected an issue that could lead to completed breaks being counted as skipped, which could incorrectly negatively impact break compliance score. When a break time ends, but a break video is still playing, the "Skip Break"
button changes its text to "Exit". Clicking Exit should treat the break as complete since the rest time passed. However, RSIGuard was treating this as
a skipped break. This has been corrected. (RSIG-1316)

Corrected an issue where some windows in RSIGuard that were maximized and then restored could change size on some multiple-monitor configurations. Fixed. (RSIG-1319)
