Are quantity discounts available?

Remedy Interactive offers several licensing options, including enterprise, site, campus, and volume-based programs. Government, education, and not-for-profit customers may qualify for additional discounts.

How do I pay for my quantity purchase?

If you are purchasing 21 or more copies of RSIGuard at a price we have quoted to you, you may pay via:

  If you are downloading RSIGuard, be sure to include your email address for your registration code. If you are adding $15 for a CD, please be sure to include the address where you wish your CD to be sent.

How is my purchase delivered (e.g. CD, web)?

If you are purchasing FEWER THAN 50 copies of RSIGuard:

Because we want our customers to understand if RSIGuard is right for them or not, the version of RSIGuard that anyone may freely download from our website is the complete version of RSIGuard. There is no separate "purchased" version of RSIGuard to deliver. When you buy RSIGuard, what you are really buying is a registration code that allows you to keep using RSIGuard for longer than the trial period. This registration code will normally be delivered by email, mail, or phone, based on how you ordered.

As a result, there is often no need to get a CD delivered when you purchase RSIGuard. It is not usually important to maintain a backup of RSIGuard because you can always freely download the latest version of RSIGuard directly from our website. In fact, once RSIGuard is registered on a computer, if you download and install a newer version from our website, it will automatically be registered. If you purchase RSIGuard from the RSIGuard website and want a CD anyway (e.g. for personal backup or in case the computer you want RSIGuard on has slow or no internet access), you can select CD delivery for an additional $14.

If you purchase a single copy of RSIGuard, then the registration code you receive will normally only be usable on 1 computer. If you purchase multiple copies, you will be given a special registration code (that we call a Registration Access Code) that can be used on multiple computers. When you enter your Registration Access Code into a copy of RSIGuard, RSIGuard will automatically access the RSIGuard.com server to authorize and record the registration.

If you are purchasing 50 OR MORE copies of RSIGuard:

The above information will still apply unless your organization has a customized network version of RSIGuard. In that case, a CD of the software will be provided for no charge. If you have a maintenance agreement, you will receive updates on CD as well.

Can I continue to use RSIGuard if I can't afford to buy it?

If you have installed the 45-day trial and want to continue using RSIGuard, but cannot afford it, we will try to accommodate you.

In order to receive a discounted copy, you MUST COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING 4 STEPS.

1. Decide what you can comfortably afford and then visit our online payment service.
2. In the price field on the order form, enter the amount you have decided to pay (due to credit card processing fees, the minimum we can allow is $20)
3. In the "Notes & Comments" field on the order form, enter your RSIGuard ID#. (How do I find my RSIGuard ID#?)
4. Email RSIGuard Sales with a brief explanation of your situation.

If you do not complete all of these 4 steps fully and carefully, you will not receive a registration code for RSIGuard. Furthermore, you will not receive an email requesting the missing information -- even if you have already paid your reduced fee. We simply cannot devote staff time to tracking down your information.
